Our Company

AE Accountax Ltd is a firm of Incorporated Financial Accountants, Tax and Business Advisers. We specialise predominantly in Charities and the Health Sector.

We also work with some other commercial and private clients.

We provide advisory, helping to support your enterprise in establishing the right structures and procedures to optimise your resources by making the right decisions to adapt, grow and thrive.

We also provide all the usual services – preparation of accounts, independent examination, payroll and tax.

We work with Charities and Businesses that qualify for an audit exemption. That means at least 2 of the following apply:

  • You have an annual turnover of no more than £6.5 million
  • The net assets worth no more than £3.26 million
  • 50 or fewer employees on average

Brief History

The firm was founded by Bim Ewetade, an FCCA, and an Incorporated Financial Accountant, in 2014 after identifying a need for specialised yet affordable professional services for charities.

We are based in Redhill, Surrey, but are happy to work with clients all over the UK.
